Hello - We have an artist compound right on the border of East Williamsburg and Greenpoint that houses a books and records shop, an art space/gallery, an airbnb for artist residents, a sound proofed recording studio and a large meditative courtyard in the center of everything. We are looking for an artist or group of artists to take on our last open space. Each art space is essentially a vintage garage we have been refurbishing since last September. They are very raw, with real garage doors which make for easy loading and the possibility of large scale art creation or installation. Our last space is about 400 square feet can be entered through a garage door or side entry and we are open whoever comes in changing the space however they like - whether it be via painting or building we're open and happy to help. This space offers both solitude and community in a very unique enclave that gives an out of city feel. Come see us!
