I am a professional Artist living with my writer wife in Wexford Ireland. We have a cottage with a small studio beside our property which we let out to Artists ,writers birdwatchers etc.We live 5 minutes from a lovely empty beach in a quiet rural environment. Its a very nice quiet area but within 15 minutes drive is Wexford town .A lovely town with all facilities ,plenty of pubs and restaurants,3 galleries ,4 bookshops an Opera house and 3 theatres plus an Art Centre. Not bad for a small provincial town ! The cottage has 2 bathrooms ,living room ,kitchen/dinng room and a studio .The studio is not suitable for heavy power tools . There is a well stocked supermarket ,Post office,garage hairdresser ,pharmacy and hardware store only 2 kilometres from us.. We also live only 3 kilometres from the Ferry with connections to UK and France. We also welcome both partners and pets. E mail for photos and more info.
