Hey, I am Henrik. I am a visual artist, do drawing and murals and always enjoy new friends. I sublet the backroom of my studio, sort of Guestroom (the one with the green floor in the images, but it always looks different.... (((-; ) Thats a complete Flat, with Kitchen and Bathroom, so to count it as square meters is a bit odd, since you can use everything. Some of my guests tend to sit in the Kitchen all the time... If it makes sense, you can also work in the studiospace, but usually thats where I am. July / August 2022 I will not be there a lot, sind I have another job, so its all yours. ((-; I keep the price low, 400 € month,. There is WIFI. Situated nice directly at the Museums Island. The large room is the studio 6 x 5 m (painting, drawing) the backroom 5 x 5 m is the living room. There is a kitchen and a bathroom, washing mashine, fridge etc. a fully equippted but basic flat. (Ground floor). Please take a look at the photos: Its a STUDIOFLAT, so all pretty basic. You can do everything, change everything, Make yourself a home, mi casa es su casa as the Spanish say. (((-; Three doors from Angela Merkels flat. (no joke. ) So I am looking for relaxed but reliable people. In the images, the three guest room fotos are taken at night, with curtains closed, and there is one more of the same room with courtains open (thats where the funny mirror is now. You have to live with the mirrorartpiece, I am afraid...(((-: ) If we get along well, we could extend, I just dont want to rent it on a permanent basis anymore, have done that some years, and want to be more flexible, so maximum time 2-3 Months. Now the reasonable proce comes with a condition: I run an artschool (together with a friend) twice a week in my studio, thursdays and fridays 17 - 21:30. In very rare occasions, its all of a sudden so full of people, that we need your room. Normally its just 6 - 8 people, but occasionally everyone comes at the same time and than the studio is just to small.
