It is a wonderful studio, ideal for sculptors and makers but could also work for painters. 24 hour access. Electricity in studio, water in communal area. There are 20 artists studios in the block, a communal kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. It is brilliantly located right next to Latimer Road tube station, with easy access to galleries as well as lots of distractions - Notting Hill, Portobello market, Shepherds Bush all in walking distance. The space is 27m2 and I store my stuff in the back part leaving 18m2 of working space. To rent the space I will clear the surfaces and move all my work to the back part of the space leaving the tools. There are currently four tables and a metal surface in the space but some of these can be moved outside while you are there. You will need public liability insurance (this can be obtained very reasonably by subscribing to artist newsletter.). Electricity included for summer rentals; metered and charged separately for winter.
