I am renting out the second room of my apartment as an artist studio / desk space. All sorts of digital creation is welcome, painting worked well for the friend who was using the space until now, sewing wouldn't be a problem. For heavier duty stuff, I guess the place is not suitable. The room would be your private space and can be furnished according to your needs. I work from home 50% of the time in the other room, the rest of the time I am either on a job or at uni. Ideally, I would like to find a permanent arrangement, that is for at least a few months.
