If you like to use the space as a gallery space, I can remove all my art from the front room. You are also welcome to use the large windows to show your art. If you like to have a joined exhibition with me it is also possible. The room in the back is where I store my paintings. There is also a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. There are also an electric kettle for making coffee or the. There is a toilet but no bath facilities. If you want to save money for a hotel, you are welcome to sleep in the back room (you can use my private bathroom in my appartement across the street). Remember it is a work space, so it will be a little messy and not be as clean as an appartement.
