The space is 1100 square feet big with a restroom with two sinks. Has Wifi, great industrial heater and two huge AC's. Animals in the building are no problem, if you want to play loud music that's not an issue either. Studio is on the 4th floor, building has big elevator. Parking, one block away. under the BQ Expressway is always available and no need to move the car. Only one day of the week at like 3 am. 4 walls to install canvases on. It's a safe building with cameras on each floor.
