We're Feral Cat Den, an indie video game developer looking to sublet part of our space in Bushwick! We're located in the heart of Morgantown, just off the Morgan L, and looking for an artist of any kind to take livery of the nook attached to our space. Its got its own windows and you'd be welcome to utilize our internet and appliances. We do have caveats: no big smells, no big sounds. Our studio is on the third floor of the building. There's an elevator, a mail collection area, paint sinks, individualized bathrooms, and a roof for communal use!
