Hi dear friends, because of my traveling outside of Berlin, I’m looking for a person to sublet my studio for around 3weeks, from the 9th of June til the 30th of June, but dates flexible, we can discuss about it. Rent is 18.5 euro per day to cover its original rent (555 a month incl.Neben cost) for size 35 square meters with high celling. I have some stuff inside but I will put them by the side. The studio is placed in an artist community in Spandau (Insel: Eiswerder), possible to work and sleep there, I have a bed in studio. You can make music, drawing, installation 24/7. During the summer time, the nature lake close by (5mins downstairs) the studio is open for swimming and chill.
