I am open to ideas in this space as I am trying to keep it flowing with ideas, neat folks, and workshops. We're located next to the trendy (but still slightly off the radar Navy Yard. Fort Greene is technically the neighborhood with a short walk to DUMBO and Vinegar Hill. This Space is 12 feet wide by 25 feet long with 12 foot ceilings (approx 300square feet). It has a beautiful exposed brick wall and two large loft windows and plenty of electrical outlets, ceiling fan and heat/ac.
