hi, I am away from 1. of october to 6th of december or maybe even longer, and would love to sublet my studio. inside the studio is a separate space, there is little flat with bathroom, two toilets, kitchenette, double bed. and a corner with a table to work and eat etc. its really cosy. both studio flat and work studio are on the ground floor. also the work space will be empty, all my works will be gone. I just did not have any images without works in them the studio work space has 70 qm and has big work table, concrete flooring and ceiling light, a window facade. i will be using about 10 qm to store my things. there is a sofa to sit. it has a lot of light and looks out onto a garden, its fairly quiet. the studio is in the centre of Kreuzberg, right by a tube station Kottbusser Tor, next to my place on the street is an organic shop and a late night shop is on in my building. inside my yard is a Japanese cafe and a Sake bar. basically one never needs to leave the building ;) apart from that the area boats with bars, galleries etc, and is really vibrant yet my street also has a calm atmosphere. and one really quickly gets around to other parts of town due to the subway station which has a tube going north to south and one east to west I would like to rent it for all those 6 weeks to someone reliable and responsible.
