The house is located in a village right close to Cosne-sur-Loire, Burgundy, with a direct access to or from Paris by train (1h45) or car (next to the A77 highway, 2h). In a fully restored farm, you will find on ground floor an equipped ceramic studio with a wood stove, the open kitchen area and a lovely little veranda where you will enjoy the garden view (an always closed door in this room leads to the part we currently live in). On the second floor, you will relax in a nice living room, and two cosy bedrooms with their own bathroom with shower and toilets. You shall enjoy a charming century-old oaks planted garden, you will surrounded by dogs, cat, birds, squirrels, owls, and many more. The area is really peaceful and inspiring, you will love your strolls on the banks of the Loire or the vineyards landscapes of Sancerre and Pouilly.
