Hi, We have a free spot in our shared workshop from 01.01.23. We are a group of 4 artists/decorators/furniture designers sharing a wood workshop. We are looking for an additional tenant to join our 180 m² workshop. The workshop has a loading area, a painting room, a shared kitchen and toilets with shower. It is equipped with many tools such as a table saw, chop saw, drill press, etc. that we all share and take care of. The workshop is on one level and has easy access for delivery or loading through a large door. The rent of 350 euros is Brutto (workbench area in the 180sqm) and included some storage area in the workshop.
