Hello there. I love my studio space and am looking for a responsible artist who would like to sublet it from time to time as I often work on other projects outside of my studio space. 2 Day minimum. It's a new studio space within a converted office building, right in the heart of east London, Hoxton. Price negotiable, depending on the length of the time needed and needs of the space. The building has 24 hour access but is for studio use only. No living in the space. I am looking for a responsible artist who will treat the space respectfully. The space is at the end of the hallway, so is relatively quiet. The windows open up and there's a view of Hackney Road and the bustling energy of this lively area of London. Several cafes and food shops are close by and the Columbia Road Flower Market. A few things... I have a kettle to heat up water and there is also a kitchen down the hall. I don't have wifi but can sometimes use my phone as a hotspot. The electricity may need to be topped up on the meter, something that we can discuss and may need to be done during the time of the sublet.
