Big Time Studio LA is a beautiful live/work penthouse loft dedicated to film & photography production located in Historic downtown LA. It offers a great versatile location for your shoot with various looks and possibilities. It is 50ft x 40ft and it has a 15 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft with blue velvet curtains. It's furnished and decorated with vintage furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props. The entire loft has grey polished concrete flooring. All the ceiling lights individually change color and are dimmable. There are also string lights on the ceiling providing a cozy low light atmosphere. The final touch is laser disco lights ! It's perfect for creating different moods. Once closed, the thick velvet curtains block almost all the day light. The lounge area has a Brooklyn vibe with brick walls and the urban view through the windows. It features: . 1 3-seater grey mid-century modern sofa . 1 2-seater red leather sofa (can be combined with 2 other elements in the studio area to make a large 4-seater) . 2 armchairs . 2 low tables The studio area is equipped with different a 11 foot wide background stand with chromakey green, white and black. Feel free to bring your own background if you need another color. There's a 15 foot tall and 21 foot large grey wall that can be used as a background or projection wall. I can offer on-site equipment rental service (Cameras, lights, tripod, stands, sound gear, dolly, jib, etc) As it’s an open floor plan the kitchen is exposed to the rest of the space and can be used as a set as well as a bar or a dining area to enjoy a meal break. The kitchen is fully equipped and features: . large Kitchen island . 3 industrial bar stools . Fridge . Sink . Oven and stove top . Microwave . Dishwasher . French press coffee maker and other Italian expresso maker There's a dining area for your team to enjoy a meal break. It features: . Orange gradient hand painted dining table that can fit 7 people . 7 chairs (total of 11 chairs in the house) The rooftop offers an amazing view of the iconic DTLA skyline. It is furnished with tables,benches and 2 black metal pergolas. Notice that it is only accessible from 8am to 11pm for small scale shoots up to 6 people max.
