Spiral 140 Hello welcome to Spiral 140 Studio. I am Mary J. I am renting this fantastic space for one person from April to August 2019. Probably the nicest studio you will find in Ireland this extremely rare find is a unique opportunity for any artist looking for a complete live in studio. The studio is located in county Kerry the most beautiful and scenic part of Ireland. In addition to your own private space away from the house there is second studio room. If you want a change of scenery or to have company you can have access to the main house while you can enjoy the comfort of a real home with the use of all the facilities and a relaxing cosy fire with 3 lovely house mates. 2 doctors and a wildlife scientist. You do not need to see anyone if you don't want to. Its just an option. We are 10 minutes walk from the town center. 5 minutes walk from food shops. 40 minutes to the breathtaking Killarney or Dingle town. We have a bichon frise puppy to keep you company during the day if you like. The studio is custom built to have a quiet private space with great natural lighting. I will have some stuff in a blocked off section but you will not have access to that and I haven’t included that in the floor space sizing. The separate drawing space does get hot in the summer due to the overhead transparent roof but the double doors can be opened. If you are a smoker you can smoke in the courtyard while relaxing in the swing chair. This location is really good because you are only minutes away from beautiful county side and the magnificent scenery that is to be found in Kerry. The area is residential and quiet. You can also use my bike for getting around. Car hire is also reasonable and you will have parking outside the house. This studio is ideal for writers, painters, jewellers, graphic designers. There is high speed wifi in the house and a large monitor to connect your laptop to. You really will not want for anything during your stay and if you need any assistance the house mates or my family will be happy to assist. My father is also an artist and he would be a friendly face to help in any way. I am going to Berlin for an artists residency but you can contact me any time. This studio has been a beautiful and lucky space and I have had a lot of success with the work that has been created here. Deposit of One month€810 and one months rent upfront,Bills will be shared among house residents. Including lighting, heating, water internet, waste disposal, net flicks and water,The average is €100. It may be less though. If you use the heater all the time this will effect the bill.
