This space comes with furnishings as pictured, or furnishings can be removed to make room for your studio equipment. Natural lighting comes through the window as pictured, artificial lighting is fluorescent. A half bath and closet are in the studio (not included in the studio size, this is additional space). This would be a great art studio space or writer's retreat Heat, electricity, parking, and WiFi are included. Because this studio space is in our bed and breakfast, guest rooms are available nearby, which are furnished and include a private bathroom with shower, cable TV, etc. Rooms in the B&B are priced separately from studio space, but a discount is provided if you rent both spaces.
