ABOUT THIS LISTING We are a 4,500 sf CREATIVE COMMUNITY CO-WORKING SPACE catered for artists in need of privacy but simultaneously wanting a communal area. Our main floor level offers private desks ($250), communal tables area ($150), and private booths (from $350-$800). We do use our beautiful cafe/open bar front for events, openings and pop ups (where members receive 50% discount for event hire). (NOTE: Only a few spots left!) We also have private studio spaces available for $800 in the same lovely environment. We are exclusively dedicated to the creative community and just 15 mins away from Downtown Manhattan. I want to share this incredible space with many more creatives, for us to collaborate in projects. I know the struggle of finding a space that doesn't feel like a lonely cubicle, so I've worked hard to create a warm 'home-like' atmosphere that's comfortable for artists to stay for long hours and focus on their work, but also have plenty of communal space to collaborate with artists around the studio. Feel free to come by for a tour! I would love to show you around. :) RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Available for short (3 months) and long term lease. Rental agreement begins with the payment of the security deposit (one month's worth of rent) and the first month of rent paid. There is a license agreement that is signed (stating the renting price and the period) and we ask members to link their existing artist/business insurance to OStudio (as a location of work/use) when they begin renting.
