We have a 550 square ft mezzanine and 1st floor studio in Bromley By bow in London. surrounded by 20+ other studios with artists, designers, photographers, makers. its got a great vibe. We have one opening available, sharing with 2 creatives. I'm Laura I run the space, I''m a knitwear artist and designer running my namesake label, and Serena a free lance knitwear designer. We have an abundance of space, upstairs on the mezzanine we all have individual desk and wall space, theres a large desk here if you need and shared storage. Downstairs is totally communal, huge work bench and some knitting equipment, its got fantastic light down there and is south facing so gets the sun all day. We have our own bathroom and kitchen. Ideally we'd like to rent out the studio long term, but were also happy to take someone short term too. The studio is kept tidy and clean, so it would suit someone in design, were both in textiles but im also heavily involved in woodwork so pretty happy to take in anyone that thinks they would fit into the space :) jewellers,,, graphic designers....anyone :)
